Facilities & Meals:

• We offer all private bedrooms in a beatifully furnished residential care home that's located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. 

• Because our resident's care and comfort is our top priority, we allow them to have their own personal furniture and decor so that they can personalize their own room and make it feel more like "home".

• Home-cooked, well-balanced nutritious meals are provided 3 times a day, plus snacks.  We are also happy to accommodate for a special diet as needed.

• Full laundry and housekeeping services are included.

General Care Services: 

• 3:1 Ratio - Occupancy limited to 3 residents per home so they each get personalized care 24 hours a day.
• 24-hour supervision by a trained, live-in care giver.
• Our care givers live on site so they can provide around the clock care and service to each resident.  In addition, they get to know each resident's own unique personality and needs so that they can provide the best care possible. 
• Our care givers provide assistance with all daily activities, including bathing, grooming, meals and activities.
• Personal hygiene items provided for each resident.
• Activities with residents are customized based on each individual's preferences and needs.

Medical Care Services:

• Daily medication monitoring and supervision.
• Physical, speech and professional therapies available.
• Restorative and therapeutic exercise as needed.
• Electronic room monitoring and call systems available.
• Comprehensive plan of care coordinated with your loved one's physician to ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinated on-site visits with Home Health and Hospice agencies.
• Transportation available for medical appointments.
